Highly complex coupled and nonlinear liquid level dynamics in the vessels, as well as many sources of variation, including changes within each system as well as from system to system, made PID control very difficult to commission, maintain and scale across the product line.

Seamless integration: Saliqo control software was simply deployed as a PLC function block in Mitsubishi GX Works, directly replacing the customer’s existing PID function block with no additional inputs or data required.

Saliqo control is currently deployed and operating at multiple industrial sites and is being rolled out across further sites globally.
